How do I return an item? If you’re not 110% satisfied with your brewsees – email cheers@brewsees.com to arrange sending them back to our address within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your initial payment. If you are not 110% satisfied with your apparel, accessories and/or Brew Life purchase please email cheers@brewsees.com to set up a return. Apparel and clothing items may not have been worn/washed if returned. All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, items etc which were included with the product. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a potential restocking fee. If your brewsees fail and/or break during normal – recommended use within 45 days of purchase– We will send you a new replacement pair. We require that you send us the damaged pair in order to facilitate the exchange.
